This is a proposal for legal review. It does not replace Aivelyn’s current terms of use or privacy policy or introduce new contractual terms. Publication does not mean that proposed procedures are already implemented or approved by a regulator or payment provider. The final version and effective date will be announced separately. Your statutory rights apply regardless of this draft.

1. Adults and authentic accounts
Aivelyn is for people aged 18 or older. Do not create an account for a minor or help anyone bypass age limits or a suspension. Do not impersonate another person, staff member or verified member. Do not use fake profiles, stolen photos or misleading information to deceive others.
Do not use automation, AI or synthetic images for identity fraud. Do not share login access or buy, sell or transfer accounts.
2. Respect and consent
Harassment, threats, stalking, blackmail, discriminatory abuse and incitement to violence are prohibited. Respect a refusal, a block or a decision to end contact. Do not create new accounts or use other channels to continue unwanted contact.
Sexual harassment, coercion and unwanted sexual messages are prohibited. Agreeing to a contact or match does not imply consent to other acts, redistribution or surveillance.
3. Protection against sexual exploitation
Creating, offering, seeking, linking to or distributing child sexual abuse material, sexualising minors, or facilitating grooming, human trafficking or sexual exploitation is prohibited. This includes AI-generated and manipulated material.
Do not use Aivelyn for pornography, selling or arranging sexual or escort services, or arrangements exchanging money, gifts or other benefits for sexual or romantic access. Non-consensual intimate images, sexual deepfakes and threats to distribute them are prohibited. Report suspected material without copying or forwarding it.
4. Fraud and prohibited commerce
Romance scams, fabricated emergencies, phishing, identity theft and other deceptive attempts to obtain money, credentials or financial benefits are prohibited. Do not use the service for investment solicitation, loan brokering, collecting payments, money laundering or trading illegal or prohibited goods and services.
Do not send spam or unsolicited advertising. Do not charge members for messages or contact through Aivelyn. The platform is for personal relationships and community, not a marketplace for commercial offers between members.
5. Privacy and content rights
Do not publish another person’s private address, contact details, identity documents or sensitive information without a lawful basis. Do not record or distribute private conversations, images or messages in a way that infringes the law, consent or another person’s rights. Do not track or locate others without consent.
Upload only material you are entitled to use. Respect copyright, trademarks and other rights. Do not use other people’s profile or conversation data to build databases, train external models or contact them outside the service’s intended features without a lawful basis.
6. Technical security
Do not attempt to access other people’s accounts or data, bypass access controls, attack the service, distribute malicious code or disrupt access. Bulk profile collection, unauthorised bots, manipulation of recommendations and bypassing payment or security controls are prohibited.
If you discover a vulnerability, stop testing when there is a risk of accessing another person’s data and contact support@aivelyn.se with a limited description. Do not send passwords, secret keys or other members’ data. This policy does not give general authorisation for security testing.
7. Reporting and blocking
Use the reporting and blocking tools in the app or contact support@aivelyn.se. Identify the account or content, its location, what happened and the reason for reporting. For allegedly illegal content, explain why it is illegal and provide contact details for follow-up if you can. Report in good faith; knowingly false or harassing reports are prohibited.
Do not attach illegal material or disclose more personal data than necessary. Aivelyn is not an emergency response centre and reports do not guarantee immediate handling. For immediate danger, contact local police or emergency services, in Sweden 112.
8. Enforcement and review
Assessments should consider context, severity, repetition and risk. Possible measures include warnings, content removal or restriction, feature limits, temporary suspension or account termination. Serious risks may require immediate temporary action. Automated signals are not themselves proof of a crime.
Where permitted and required by law, affected users must receive reasons and information about review. Request review at support@aivelyn.se, identifying your account and the decision; do not resend illegal material. An authorised person must be able to review decisions where required. Statutory complaint, redress and reimbursement rights remain unaffected. Authority contacts and disclosures require a separate legal assessment.
